The best and most rational carpenter in the entire world is Oliver Nichol. He has built everything for my entire family over the last 20 years. He is not great with his cell phone, so you must be patient when trying to reach him. He also builds everything himself so he needs alot of notice for projects. Here is a sample of what he did for my grandparents condo last year:

Half way there! Two weeks left to go!
Wow, Lanz, it sounds like you're assembled a dream team. My wife and I are moving soon, and we're beginning to realize how daunting the whole experience is. We've got a realtor already, and our family is willing to help out. My wife is getting worried about her piano. She wants to hire piano movers to make sure everything goes according to plan. Do you know if a lot of moving companies also move pianos, or should we find a separate mover? Thanks for the advice!
