What is a Sun room? In a real estate listing a sun room can be listed as a + 1 room. In my case, its a beautiful little space that looks like it was once a balcony transformed into a solarium.
I am still trying to decide how to best use this space. I think it will be my favourite room in the condo once completed, but the usage is yet to be determined.
